Small size items up to 3 cm thick, such as small items and stoles, will be shipped by Yu-packet or letter pack.
If the total weight of the ordered items exceeds 1 kg, we will ship them in a letter pack.

SHIPPING POLICY
We have taken all possible measures to ensure that the product is in good condition, but if you receive an initial defective product or a product that is different from your order, please contact us within 2 days after the product arrives.
If you return the product without prior notice, we will not be able to replace it, so please be sure to contact us.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・ Products that have been delivered for more than 2 days.
・ Products used by customers.
・ Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer shipping and handling charges for returns.
・ In case of initial failure or misdelivery, we will bear the cost.
・ Customers are responsible for their own costs.
* There are many products made by hand and a small number of products in our shop.
If the product is damaged or defective, it may not be possible to replace it with the same product. In that case, please note that we will respond with the same product or refund.
In the case of refund, we will refund by bank transfer within one week after the item is returned.
